Here is what you can expect:

You will receive an email confirmation for your records.
Your order will be put in queue and processed.
The week of November 10, we will call confirming your ordered items, pick up location or delivery.
The week of November 17 for home deliveries ONLY we will call for payment and to schedule delivery. Deliveries will occur Friday November 21 through Monday November 24. You cannot choose your delivery day we will do our best to coordinate.
